What Is It

A coach-led outdoor strength & running mechanics session focused on helping midlife runners move with more efficiency, power, and control.

This is not a bootcamp.


This is not random fitness.


It’s purposeful strength, movement mechanics, and plyometrics — all selected to support running performance and long-term joint health.
